What is this service?
If you have stopped doing things you used to enjoy or want to try something new, or get out and about but don’t want to go alone, or feel isolated due to your mental health or substance addiction then a Futures in Mind volunteer befriender could help you find your confidence and feel part of your community again.
Their befrienders meet with you once a week to listen and make a real positive difference to people’s lives.
If you would like to be matched up with a befriender, please get in touch either by clicking on the 'Connect Me Now' button or via the enquiry form on their website.
