What is this service?
The Blackwater Triathlon club are a small friendly club based in Maldon, Essex.
Their membership covers all age groups ranging from juniors to super veterans. Members race at anything from local short course all the way through to long course international events.
The club offers a wide range of both formal and informal training sessions throughout the year.
There are regular pool based swim sessions 3 days per week for adults at Blackwater Leisure Centre, Maldon attended by club swim coaches on:
- Tuesdays 7-8pm
- Thursdays 7-8pm
- Sundays 7:30-8:30am
Juniors attend coached swim sessions on Thursday evenings 6-7pm.
During the summer (May-October) there are open water swimming sessions at Blackwater Sailing Club on:
- Saturdays 7:30-9am
- Sundays 7:30-9am
Members arrange regular run and bike sessions on:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays - 7pm Blackwater Leisure Centre
- Third Friday of the Month - 6pm Braintree Leisure centre
