What is this service?
Carers Choices offer respite support, care companionship and home help services to enable people to live independently in their own homes. These can include personal care, companionship & support, light housework, medication assistance, meal preparation, laundry, outings/ shopping, and shopping collection.
You will have a regular worker who will visit on an agreed day and time working to a tailor-made care plan.
