What is this service?
Reach out for Mental Health host a weekly coffee afternoon at Plantation Hall, Heybridge on Wednesdays 2-4pm for those that are struggling with their mental health, or with suicidal thoughts.
If you are finding life a bit tough then come along for a chat, some support, understanding and reassurance from their trained volunteers and other guests.
Please call to book your place as spaces are limited.
