What is this service?
The service provides a range of equipment to help you live independently and includes delivery and fitting, servicing, collection and recycling.
To access equipment and request an assessment by an Occupational Therapist (OT), you can either ask your GP for a referral or if you are to be discharged from hospital, an assessment can be arranged.

If you are not eligible for equipment from the community service then items can be purchased from their online retail store.
