What is this service?
The Independence Projects offers a range of day opportunities that support adults with additional needs.
The activities offered are based on individual outcome plans and aim to increase their independence and confidence within their own community, as well as enabling a break for unpaid carers.
Group activities on offer include museum trips / dog walking / gym classes / trips to the beach / bowling / trampolining / horse riding / farm trips / outdoor activity centres / shopping / travel training / boat trips / trips to the zoo / woodland walks / swimming / cycling / fishing / karaoke / meals out.
