What is this service?
Lily Rose helps prepare young adult's with additional needs for their next step by finding their passions, goals, challenges and ambitions in life.
They support the transition to adulthood through 3 different programmes:
Personal Development Programme
Their development team focuses on providing opportunities to learn skills and build confidence in the real world. Members take part in varied activities with friends that support their transition into adulthood.
Employability Programme
This is an extension of their development programme in which members spend additional focused time on employment skills. Lily Roses partners with a number of local businesses to provide supported work experience/volunteering opportunities which may progress into paid employment.
Adventure Programme
This is for members with more complex needs, or who require 1:1 supervision in order to facilitate learning. It includes tailored sessions and prioritises experiences with friends.
