What is this service?
The Gambling Service offers support to individuals aged 18+ and their families experiencing the negative impact of gambling living in the East of England. region.
It offers both online and face to face support including:
- An assessment to help us understand what you are experiencing
- Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Tools and techniques to help you stop gambling
- Couple and family therapy
- Individual support for family members
- Psychiatric reviews
- Support from people who have gone through/are going through it too
