What is this service?
Farleigh Hospice offers support to people with life-limiting illnesses from the point of diagnosis to help them live as actively as possible to the end of their life. They offer a range of services to support the person and those close to them. These include:
- Someone to talk to about how you are feeling
- Information about your illness and treatments, both now and in the future
- Guidance on symptom and pain control
- Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to help keep you active
- Respite stays and end of life care in their Inpatient Unit
