The Find Your Active Connectors support residents who are new to physical activity or don't know where to start.
So if you're nervous about getting active, need a helping hand or just require some advice on what activity will be suitable for you, then please contact their Maldon Connector, Adele Bovington, who is happy to guide you along the way.
All the Community Connectors are aware of the many opportunities available within your local community. They also aim to find solutions where an appropriate physical activity doesn’t exist.
