What is this service?
The Gateway Club is for people aged 19+ who have a learning disability or additional needs.
The club meets on Thursday evenings, 7-9pm, and attracts members from around mid-Essex.
Activities include arts, cultural and sports workshops and trips to local attractions and events. The club holds a quarterly pub quiz and regular discos. Most in-house sessions are held at Mencap Centre, Mildmay Road, in central Chelmsford.
