What is this service?
Heath in Mind provides access to primary care psychological therapy services in Mid Essex through a wide range of confidential talking therapy treatments and practical support for adults with common mental health problems. The services are part of the national initiative Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).
They provide support to people living with a long term condition and other physical health problems that may be impacting on how they cope day to day.
