What is this service?
Helping Hands is a FREE drop-in support group for informal carers living locally. It is held on 1st Thursday of the month 10am-12pm at the Wells Pavilion, Purleigh.
It offers peer support and social opportunities to local carers with varied activities including speakers, singing, walks, trips and table tennis.
Refreshments are available.
