What is this service?

Essex County Martial Arts practice traditional Wado-Ryu Karate, which incorporates all the elements including all areas of karate including: punching; kicking; blocking; striking; kata; self defence; along with both freestyle and points sparing. Their style is effective for both self defence and competitions should students want to enter.

Membership is open to children aged 5 years+.

There are mixed lessons for both junior and senior students divided by age group, allowing families to train and grade together. Sessions are held at Tolleshunt Knights Village Hall on:
- Fridays 5.30-7.15pm
- Saturdays 11am-1pm
