What is this service?

Maldon Bowling Club is a friendly and progressive club in Promenade Park, Maldon. They have a playing membership of approx 70, with approx 20 social & honorary members. Bowling abilities range from novice to international standard.

They have a wide range of fixtures and competitions throughout the week and at weekends. These include mixed friendly games against other, mainly local, clubs with the emphasis more on enjoyment rather than winning. For the more serious bowler, they play in mixed and men's evening leagues throughout the season and a number of members compete in external competitions at a local and at national level.

They welcome new members. No previous experience is necessary and training is available with an instructor qualified to teach beginners or with an experienced bowler following an initial interview.
