What is this service?
Day Care for older people in Maldon which also provides a few hours break for family Carers.
Brickhouse Farm, Maldon, Day Centre is open Monday to Friday. The day runs from 10am to 3pm, and a nutritious two-course meal is provided.
They aim for the person who is cared for to have an enjoyable and fulfilling day. Trained Care staff are available for a full programme of activities.
The centre lets clients meet and socialise with others in a similar situation. They can reminisce about the past or just chat and laugh.
At the same time, their Carer will have an opportunity to have some precious time to call their own. Our garden provides a pleasant environment to sit and reflect.
This service has a daily fee. Please contact daycare@affc.org.uk or 0300 770 8090 to chat about all aspects of our Day Care provision.
