What is this service?
MLSC is a sailing & social club for people who enjoy activities on the water and/or have a love for the Blackwater estuary and the sea. The club aims to promote the sport of sailing and the art of seamanship by encouraging their members to join in their sailing activities whether racing or cruising on the River Blackwater or further afield.
Many club members own boats capable of sailing to the continent or crossing oceans, but most enjoy short cruises exploring the beautiful East Coast and its estuaries. However, boat ownership is not essential to become a member of MLSC and there are many social members who just enjoy the nautical ambiance of the club.
Their clubhouse has a friendly atmosphere and a well-stocked bar serving drinks at attractive members' rates.
