What is this service?
Essex Sight hold a monthly Sight Centre at Maldon Library. Held on the first Tuesday of each month 10am-1pm. They provide advice and information on eye conditions and a range of services/benefits for people with visual impairment, or just a friendly chat.
They can also give advice on other local organisations and demonstrate small pieces of equipment to help you maintain your independence.
An appointment is not necessary, but you may have to wait if they are busy.
