What is this service?
Me, Myself & I is a dedicated support centre specifically for those with advanced dementia, providing mental and physical stimulation for them, and respite for you.
The groups are small to provide almost 1-2-1 support for clients to meet their needs. Their friendly, dementia trained carers create a setting of calm with motivating activities proven to activate body and mind.
It is open Monday- Friday 10am-3.30pm with care, transport, refreshments and a 2 course lunch provided.
