What is this service?
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Programme is an online support programme designed to teach, share and support the mental health of people from different groups affected by a cancer diagnosis of a loved one aged up to 29 years living in East Anglia.
It offers monthly sessions for each group covering both mental health and cancer related topics, creating a safe place for participants to talk, share, learn and support each other. All sessions are facilitated by a counsellor and mental health first aider.
