What is this service?
Seated or standing exercise class for the over 60's.
This class is open to anyone who wants to exercise in a seated or standing position. We complete an aerobic section, work on balance providing alternative exercise to those who wish to remain seated. We also work on strengthening and flexibility.
The venue is wheelchair friendly, we welcome people with special needs or dementia with a carer attending where appropriate.
