What is this service?
The MS-UK Helpline is here to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS).
It is open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm and provides confidential, independent information to enable you to make informed choices. Outside of these hours you can leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you within three working days.
Anyone can contact the helpline for information or emotional support relating to MS. An employer looking for ways to support a colleague, a spouse who needs a listening ear to help their loved one better or a person living with MS who has concerns.
The helpline can be contacted by telephone, email, Whatsapp or by using the webchat function on their website.
