What is this service?
A guided monthly walk, and support, for anyone who cares for bump/baby/toddler.
Come along and enjoy the power of nature with a walk through the green spaces of Creeksea. For this walk you will need either to wear a sling or have a sturdy buggy.
Then please stick around for a cuppa and a cake and some trained advice on baby rearing, breastfeeding, hypnobirthing, cloth nappies and pre/post natal exercise.
It meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Parlour Cafe, Burnham on Crouch, 10.30am for 10.45am start. You are welcome to just turn up.
