What is this service?
Disability4Sport offer an inclusive multi sports programme for all, with specialist support for those with a physical disability and / or sensory impairment.
There are 2 weekly sessions one for young people (5-17 years) and one for adults (16 years+). The sessions are held at Colchester Academy:
- Youth 6-7pm
- Adult 7.30-8.30pm
