What is this service?
A short-term, practical support service for adults living with a Personality Disorder in Mid Essex - Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon Districts.
Support is provided through one-to-one and group sessions and is planned with you to meet your needs. Support includes:
- Employment/Education Support
- Benefit and finance related issues
- Housing related issues
- Help with meetings or appointments and phone calls
- Signposting to local community groups and service, plus initial support to attend them
- Signposting to specialist services
