What is this service?
Pilates classes are available in Burnham on:
- Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm at Burnham Baptist Church
- Thursdays 1-2pm at the Studio
- Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm at the Studio
They run in 5 week blocks and aim to improve balance, co-ordination, breathing, and build strength and flexibility.
All abilities are welcome and modifications can be made to accommodate injuries or mobility issues.
