What is this service?
Farleigh Hospice offers support and guidance to the families and carers of those with life-limiting illnesses. Their services include:
- Someone to talk to about how you are feeling
- Information about life-limiting illnesses, and treatments
- Guidance on the health and social care system, including welfare benefits
- Stress management with complementary therapy
- Bereavement support for adults and young people aged 4-18
- Opportunities to socialise with people facing similar situations
- Respite care, to give you a break from your caring responsibilities
