What is this service?
If you are an adult living with a mild to moderate mental health problems and need information, advice and practical support from local services and organisations, then the Support Time and Recovery Service (STaRS) is here to help.
STaR workers are here to work with you and other local organisations to ensure you get help for issues including housing, debt and finance problems, job seeking and much more.
lf you are feeling lonely and isolated, they will introduce you to local groups and activities and help you find local volunteering opportunities.
The STaR workers provide support for a set period of time and will get an action plan in place as soon as possible. They will arrange to visit you if needed and can also support you on the phone.
