What is this service?
The Essex Tai Chi Academy is a not-for-profit organisation operated by volunteer instructors. Adapted from martial arts, Tai Chi is gentle exercise that allows you to stretch your muscles, tendons, and ligaments in a natural way, creating a feeling of relaxation and providing real health benefits.
They welcome young and old alike and are known for their relaxed and friendly approach to teaching.
This class is held on Mondays 7-9pm at Burnham Village Hall.
