What is this service?
These yoga classes teach a flowing ashtanga based style of yoga. The instructor is able to modify the postures and the dynamic flow of a class to fit the abilities and needs of each individual student.
The following classes are available at Burnham Village Hall:
- Mondays 11am-12pm, mixed ability
- Wednesdays 6-7pm, mixed ability
- Wednesdays 7-8pm, intermediate level
