What is this service?
Zumba Gold is a dance fitness class that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music that combine all elements of fitness including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
Classes are held on Mondays 10am-12pm at Plantation Hall, Heybridge.
